The Willamina Development Code (WDC) is adopted by the City Council. Purpose & Scope The ordinance exists to implement goals and policies of the land use plan, provides methods of adminstration and enforcement of the development code, and promtes public health, safety, and the general welfare of the community.

Municpal court is held at City Hall on 411 NE C Street in the conference room. The entrance is the blue side door, not the main City Hall entrance.
