Ordinance 566: Public hearing regarding annexation of property
An Ordinance fixing the time and place for a public hearing before the City Council of the City of Willamina, Oregon, at which time the registered voters and other interested persons may appear and be heard on the question of annexation to the City of Willamina, Oregon, of the area and territory described in exhibit “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof; and declaring an emergency.
