An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 550, sections 5, 6, and 7 prescribing the methods and procedures for making assessments on City of Willamina Economic Improvement District affected property, authorizing the collection of said assessments, designating a term of office of the advisory committee of the Economic Improvement District and declaring and emergency.
